Designed by Mario Marenco for Arflex in 1970, the Marius & Marius sofa explores comfort through generous proportions and continuous, flowing lines. Beneath the soft upholstery, a concealed tubular metal structure housed within a poplar wood base provides both stability and visual lightness. The seat, backrest, and armrests are conceived as distinct yet integrated elements, reflecting Marenco’s thoughtful balance between functionality, construction, and comfort.
